The Ten days Training of Trainers will be carried out by Roomi S. Hayat, an eminent management and institution development expert, trainer as well as facilitator from May 08 to 17, 2012.
This generic Training of Trainers (TOT) is especially designed for the professionals who want to perform extremely well in the field of training. TOT equips the participants with the essential skills to identify training needs, facilitate and design training and also handle difficult situations.
This training is specially designed for trainers who work as master trainers and lead facilitators and those who design, conduct and facilitate training events. The training sessions will be conducted by highly experienced and renowned resource persons.
The training will follow “Learning by doing” approach with special emphasis on participatory techniques to make the training effective for the participants. The training will mainly feature interactive lectures, case studies, presentations, video clips, brain storming and intensive group work.

About Roomi S. Hayat:
Roomi S. Hayat carries the portfolio of designing and conducting 500 training events in both domestic and international sector. He is known for his innovativeness and versatility in course design and organizational development. He has authored several training manuals and modules including “Training of Trainers” module for United Nations ESCAP training.
He possess a masters degree from USA and has 25 years experience in government and non- profit sector, he is the Chairperson of Human Resource Development Network (HRDN) and Chief Executive Officer of Institute of Rural Management (IRM).
Mode of payment:
It is a subsidized training and its total training fee is Rs. 45, 000/- which covers tuition Fee, Training Material, Stationary, Lunch and tea.
