Women applicants are invited to apply for Global Freedom Exchange program, which is two week experiential, interactive learning, and networking program. The mission of this program is to develop an ongoing international network of activists working together to prevent and respond to the scourge of child sex trafficking throughout the world. The training will be held at Washington, D.C., New York City and Dallas, Texas on June 17th – 28th, 2013.
A Hilton Worldwide and Vital Voices partnership leveraging leadership to end trafficking, will rely on a multi-faceted, impact-oriented approach to provide a dynamic educational and mentoring opportunity for emerging and established women leaders who are on the forefront of global efforts to prevent and respond to the destructive crime of child trafficking.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- The Global Freedom Exchange will bring together a select group of 22 women NGO leaders, from 12 countries around the world
- Demonstrates commitment to the anti-trafficking field, particularly on issues related to child sex trafficking
- Represents an NGO working to eliminate child trafficking
- Indicates capacity to benefit from an international exchange
- Shows future leadership potential
