Interested Broadcast journalists are invited to take part in training course on creating television news stories in Amman, Jordan. This program is offered by Thomson Reuters Foundation. The training will be conducted for five days from Sept 01, 2013 to Sept 05, 2013.

Submission Required-
- A biography of up to 250 words outlining career.
- A statement of between 250-500 words describing any experiences applicants have had in presenting television/radio programmes, reporting, script writing, producing/video-editing. Explain how applicants hope to benefit from the course for which they are applying.
- Two recent examples of published work, preferably relevant to the course for which applicants are applying, with a brief summary in English (if necessary). TV/Radio journalists can send in their scripts and a brief summary.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants must be broadcast journalists from the Middle East and currently working as a journalist or regular contributor to broadcast media organisations.
- Applicants must be able to demonstrate a commitment to a career in journalism in their country, must have at least two years’ professional experience.
