If you have drafted your proposal offline on paper or on your computer, then you can visit this link to start filling up the online application form. This application system or OPPS opens on 15 November and closes on 31 December.
After completing the application form online, you can take a look at your proposal by clicking on “Preview Proposal.” If you are not satisfied and wish to rework on it later, you can simply click on “Save Proposal.” You will receive an email with username/password so that you can come back later to rework on the proposal.
If you are finally confident of submitting the proposal, click on “Submit Proposal to UNDEF.” After clicking on this button, you cannot edit or re-submit. So think twice before clicking on it. After all, you have time till 31 December to submit it.
