In “Prior experience,” make sure that you have written clearly about your work. This work should be related to the area under which you are applying. For example, if you are applying for a democracy-related project in your country or district, then you should have prior experience of working on a similar project.

After mentioning the operational budget or the annual income of your organization, you can also give details about “Prior experience with the UN.” Since this is a required field, you need to indicate some collaboration or work with the United Nations. Even if you have participated in any UN conference or training, you can mention it here.

In the “Affiliation,” indicate any association with an international organization in any way. Even if you are a member of an international association, you can mention it here. Remember, any affiliation with a reputable international organization will add tremendous credibility to your organization and there is better chance for grant consideration.
