Proposals for the UNFPII’s Small Grants Programme have to be submitted in the given format. The format can be downloaded from this link: http://www.un.org/esa/socdev/unpfii/en/tf_ha.html
At the bottom of the web page, you will find the “Application Form” available in four different languages: English, Spanish, French and Russian. Click on the language of your choice and you will download the application form. There is also another document called “General Guidelines” just above the application form. This document will guide you on the application process. Remember that you can submit your application in any of the four languages mentioned above.
The application form comprises of the Annex A and Annex B. Annex A is where you provide information about your project and Annex B seeks to know about your organization. The first page of the document has important information about your application like the guidelines to follow, the mandatory documentation and the checklist. Now we proceed to know the Annex A part of the application.
