The United Nations is currently seeking applications from highly qualified candidates, under the age of 32, that are interested in and are capable of making a professional career as an international civil servant. Recruitment to the UN is done through the young professionals programme (YPP), a system that brings new talent to the United Nations through an annual entrance examination. As a new recruit you are expected to work in at least two different functions and duty stations within your first five years of service.
