Interested organizations are invited to submit proposals for fostering media freedom, civil society, rule of law, and labor and human rights for North Koreans. The purpose of this program is to promote the free flow of information, civil society, rule of law, labor and document abuses or increase awareness human rights for North Koreans (organizations may request up to $350,000).
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
