The United States Agency for International Development in Southern Africa (USAID/Southern Africa) is seeking applications from qualified local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) for a five year program to improve trans-boundary management of the Limpopo River Basin resulting in enhanced resiliency of people and ecosystems.
The goal of the Resiliency in the Limpopo River Basin (RESILIM) program is to improve transboundary management of the Limpopo River Basin resulting in enhanced resiliency of people and ecosystems. RESILIM will support equitable access to water that balances urban and rural needs with ecosystem requirements under changing climate scenarios.
Eligibility-
Any local South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana or Zimbabwe partners, including nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), private voluntary organizations (PVOs), Faith-basedand community organizations, and for-profit companies meeting the criterion is eligible to apply under this RFA.
