The United States Agency for International Development – USAID is calling proposals for South Sudan Livelihood Program. The goal is to improve livelihoods while promoting recovery with resilience in the most heavily conflict-affected areas of South Sudan.
Award Information
USAID anticipates that up to four cooperative agreements of at least US$10 million per award will be awarded as a result of this APS. USAID will not consider any individual applications below a minimum of US$10 million or above a maximum of US$20 million.
Proposed interventions must address all four sub-objectives:
- Infrastructure
- Agriculture, livestock, and fisheries
- Economic Opportunity
- Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
Eligibility Information
- USAID will not accept applications from individuals.
- Qualified U.S. and non-U.S. non-profit organizations or private international organizations (PIOs) may apply.
- All applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law.
- Applicants must complete all required steps (if any) with the host government to legally operate their program before implementing their program.
