The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Haiti is calling applications to support the Home Ownership and Mortgage Expansion (HOME) 3-year program. The aim of program is to mobilize an innovative finance facility with affordable housing developers.
The maximum available fund under this program is up to $6,000,000 USD. USAID intends to award one award as a result of this RFA.
Eligibility Criteria
- U.S. and Haiti. For-Profit Organizations, U.S. and Haiti Colleges and Universities are eligible to apply.
- New potential partners are welcome to apply.
- USAID will not accept applications from individuals. All applicants must be legally recognized organizational entities under applicable law and authorized to operate in Haiti.
- Eligible Applicants are Private Voluntary Organizations based in the United States (U.S. PVOs) or indigenous, local NGOs, Public International Organizations (PIOs) and International Organizations (IOs).
How to Apply
- Applications must be submitted in two separate volumes: technical and cost applications.
- Applications have to be submitted through email.
- Subject line for technical application must be stated as: “Technical application under RFA-521-15-000007, submitted by: [name of Applicant organization].”
- Subject line for cost application must be stated as: “Cost application under RFA-521-15-000007, submitted by: [name of Applicant organization].”
