Project Context
Youths are at the forefront of activism, demonstrating extraordinary zeal to address social issues. The project proposes to combine the potential energy with the committed vision of the organization to address the rising problem of violence against women in the project area.
Project Objectives
- To educate and mobilize the youth in addressing the issue of violence against women
- To empower women with the knowledge of human rights to fight back against violence
Project Activities
- Enlisting university graduates to undertake mobilization campaigns against violence against women.
- Organize workshops in schools and colleges to highlight issues and cases of violence against women.
- Build a strong field force of youth volunteers to act as agents of change in reaching women and men and sensitize them on the issue of violence against women.
- Organizing youth-led training workshops and meetings with women and girls to discuss on the issue of violence against women.
