Proposals are invited from all eligible organizations to submit proposals for Democracy, Human Rights, and Rule of Law in Vietnam under The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL). The mission of this program is to increase Vietnamese citizens’ access to alternative, credible information; promote the growth of civil society; and support individuals who use existing institutional platforms to press for increased freedoms and rights in Vietnam.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Private institutions of higher education
