The overall objective of this call for proposals is to contribute to the promotion and strengthening of an inclusive and empowered society in Vietnam in order to:
(i) benefit populations out of reach of mainstream services and resources to ensure they become part of the development and policy making processes;
(ii) improve the capacity of civil society organisations, in view of facilitating their participation in defining and implementing poverty reduction and sustainable development activities and strategies;
(iii) facilitate interactions between State and non-State actors in various development fields.
General objective: Capacity building and networking of Vietnamese Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), in order to strengthen their capacity, role and participation in making contributions to sector policies and programmes in the field of health and poverty reduction
