The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation supports leading nonprofit organizations, and it partners with foundations, philanthropists, governments, and corporations to solve social problems around the world. Grant amount can range anywhere in size from $1000 to $1 million, along with the foundation’s prestigious $1.5 million Humanitarian Prize.
The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation is an American non-profit charitable foundation, established in 1944 working with the mission to improve the lives of disadvantaged and vulnerable people throughout the world. Since inception, the Foundation has awarded more than $1 billion in grants.
The Foundation also initiated The Conrad N. Hilton Fund for Sisters that funds Organizations serving the economically disadvantaged, and the project that directly involves and employs full-time member of an officially recognized Catholic congregation of women. Grants from the Fund for Sisters usually do not exceed $15,000.

Maximum funds are distributed between domestic (U.S.) and international (outside the U.S.). Domestically, the foundation focuses on Los Angeles County and New York City. Internationally, the foundation focuses on Sub-Saharan Africa.

Eligibility Criteria
- Catholic organisations, institutes and nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c) (3) status are eligible to apply for the grants.
- Grantmaking must be devoted to the specified priority program areas.
- Individuals are not eligible to apply for the funds.
