Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for the post of Senior Executive Assistant. Job location is Hanoi, Vietnam. Advanced knowledge of and competency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Executive Assistance to Country Director and Office Administrative Functions:
Participates in the formulation and implementation of the office objectives and work program
Assists the CD with planning and overseeing the unit’s workflow, workload, support systems, office support resources, as articulated by the CD and the management team.
ACS group management responsibilities:
Coaches, mentors, empowers ACS staff to develop individual skills based on business needs and individual capacity.
As second line manager of the office support team, undertakes performance assessment; formulates on the job training programs; and initiates career development opportunities; solicits and consolidates feedback on performance.
HR areas of responsibility:
Undertakes ACS staff planning in cooperation with the management team
Manages job grading & evaluation with the guidance of the management team
Coordinate ACS recruitment
Monitors ACS performance management and evaluation coordination
Manages Spot Award system
Qualifications and Experience :
High school diploma with a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience;
Demonstrated knowledge of the Bank’s business, policies and procedures;
High degree of motivation, organization skills and attention to detail;
Proven record of monitoring and follow-up;
Advanced knowledge of and competency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Ability to exercise judgment in organizing priorities and efficiently completing assignments.
Advanced knowledge of all office software packages such as MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.;
Excellent interpersonal skills, courteous and tactful behavior and ability to work as part of a team;
High degree of judgment and tact in handling sensitive and confidential materials.
