The International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Youth Employment Network in partnership with Arab Urban Development Institute (AUDI) is organizing the Evaluation Clinic in Amman, Jordan, from August 20-22, 2013. The event is being hosted by the Institute forSustainable Development Practice at the Columbia Global Centers, Middle East, and targets primarily an audience of youth employment and entrepreneurship practitioners in Jordan and the Middle East.
The Clinic will provide a venue for evaluation specialists to collaborate with youth employment project teams for the development of evaluation plans. The 3-day event will include a series of interactive “consultation” sessions, lectures from renowned evaluation experts, and the delivery of a series of cutting edge impact evaluation plans. The approach and format of the Evaluation Clinic is to combine lectures on evaluation processes with “live” consultation to project teams on Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Impact Evaluation (IE) design.
If your project team is interested in becoming a live case study during the Clinic, please express your interest in the registration form. Project teams that are selected can qualify for up to $100,000 in co-funding for their impact evaluation.
In addition to project teams chosen as live case studies, youth employment researchers, policy makers, practitioners and planners from the region are invited to attend.
