Scholarships are invited by the Republic of Slovenia for short term individual studies in the academic year 2012- 2013.
The Government of the Republic of Sloveni announces a limited number of scholarships for the academic year 2012/13 (from 1. 10. 2012 until30. 9. 2013) on the basis of bilateral agreement and reciprocity basis in the following countries as Belgium, Flanders, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Israel, Japan, Macedonia, Mexico, Montenegro, Poland, PR of China, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Switzerland and Turkey.
CONDITIONS:
- STUDY PERIOD: The duration of an individual scholarship can be up to 10 months. Minimum duration is 3 months
- FIELDS OF STUDY: The scholarship can be awarded for any field of study offered by the Slovene higher education institutions
- STUDENT STATUS: The applicant must be enrolled at the institution in their home country and come to Slovenia as an exchange student. Scholarships are not complementary, students can have only one scholarship, regardless of its source
The scholarships are open to foreign students who wish to come to Slovenia as an exchange student. The main aim of this scholarship scheme is to support foreign students who wish to undertake a part of their study (undergraduate or postgraduate) on the basis of an individual under the administration of Slovenian lecturer.
