Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund/World Bank Project, Islamabad.
• Managing/Supervising/monitoring portfolio of “Partner Organizations”(PO) with respect to credit & enterprise development, capacity building & operations and system and procedures.
• Managing the process of funding in all aspects of appraisal, financial & operational analysis, sanctioning, contracting, disbursement and performance of potential and financed partner organizations (NGOs Leasing companies, Microfinance Banks etc), in consultation with the unit head.
• Selecting capable POs with current and/or potential capacity to undertake enterprise development activities in pursuance of detailed eligibility criteria.
• Conducting periodic formal/informal interactions with POs and stakeholders with a view to upgrading the understanding of emerging issues during the course of Enterprise Development facility (EDF).
• Analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Analysis of the portfolio health against the performance indicators (Overdue, Portfolio at Risk, Loan Loss Provisioning, Disbursements, Clients, Outreach, Operational & Financial Sustainability etc).
• Preparing long-term plans and budget
