Chancellor’s International Scholarships are offered to the meritorious international PhD applicants. Awards made for entry in autumn 2013 may include either or both of the following, depending on the ranking of the application. The competition for Chancellor’s International Scholarships is now open for entry in autumn 2013.
Eligibility:
- Applicants for a Chancellor’s International Scholarship must also be applying for a PhD at the University of Warwick to begin in October 2013;
- Applicants must expect to be ‘overseas’ students for fees purposes, but there are no other nationality criteria;
- Applicants may be from any discipline at Warwick
Chancellor’s International Scholarships are not open to current first year PhD students, but only to applicants for a PhD. Doctoral awards will be awarded through a combined Chancellor’s/Chancellor’s International Scholarship, AHRC Doctoral Awards, Wolfson Foundation Scholarships competition. Applicants will be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible.
Applications for the combined competition are made through a single combined application form for postgraduate admission and for the scholarships. This form is only available within the specified open period. The application process will be wholly combined with the applications for Chancellor’s Scholarships and all applicants for a Chancellor’s International Scholarship will automatically also be considered for a Chancellor’s Scholarship.
