CRY(Child Rights and You) India has invited applications from qualified and deserving applicants for job/vacancy of Associate General Manager – Research. The location of this job will be based in Delhi, India.
Your Challenge:
CRY’s intervention spans across 23 states of India and it is its endeavour to establish itself as a thought leader in identified areas of child rights in the country; therefore the organisation strives towards evidence based programming and advocacy.
Your Role:
This role is responsible for planning and developing research strategies with the aim of primarily supporting its advocacy efforts and also to influence and inform its programming. The emphasis of this role is on building organisation’s knowledge on the various facets of child rights through research, documentation and analysis.
You:
You must be a postgraduate in any of the social sciences. candidates with M.Phil and Ph.D will be given preference. You must have 9 to 11 years including 5 to 6 years in a research and advisory role. Your strengths should be in areas of Research, Data Management and analysis and should possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
