ChildFund International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Marketing Specialist_Acquisitions in Virginia, United States.
The Marketing Specialist_Acquisitions will lead reconciliation efforts to provide seamless integration of donor data within ChildFund’s internal systems and processing.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist_Acquisitions performs the following functions-
- Validates sales files are received daily/weekly by multiple vendors and loaded properly; resolves exceptions, donor data changes, processing issues on timely basis with internal and external clients.
- Inputs donor data into internal data system to support multiple channels as needed on a weekly basis.
- Problem solves with multiple internal stakeholders to resolve and reconcile file/donor data issues.
- Validates invoices to match incoming and outgoing files by partner; follow up with vendors on any issues and reconciles in timely manner; asks for credits as needed.
- Receives and sends daily and/or weekly cancel files by partner; coordinates updating donor information daily/weekly.
- Ensures all partners are compliant with ChildFund’s expectations and contracts for donor data; ensures complaint logs are up to date by vendor and resolved weekly; keeps vendor agreements and notices up to date in public folder.
- Can create and supports as needed training materials and conference calls to fundraisers; ensures ongoing training program is developed and maintained.
- Updates, validates and monitors weekly donor acquisitions and leads by vendor/channel to ensure quality donors are received and is on target to projections; can identify quickly issues related to quality donor acquisition. Reports out updates weekly.
- Will follow up with phone calls to each new supporter as needed in order to manage valid donor information and requests.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Related Field.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in marketing, non-profit or business field.
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and create multiple new donor records daily.
- Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), working within internal data systems and CRM processes.
- Ability to quick learn on vendor files processes and fundraising procedures.
- Ability to identify problems, understand the nuances, cause and effect of the issue and provide workable solutions.
- Flexibility, open and adaptable to changing and complex environments.
- Ability to Organized and provide timely follow up to donors, internal staff and external partners.
- Ability to Travel domestic and internationally; can canvass with fundraising teams as needed.
