A. Introduction:
Centre for strengthening Polity (CSP) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization, established and registered in 2009 at Hyderabad,Sindh, Pakistan. It envisages to work for promotion of education, realization of basic human rights, gender justice, mainstreaming of neglected sections of society, democracy development through promoting democratic values, norms, strengthening political parties , rationalizing conflicts and leadership development .Thus, CSP aims at creating educated , vigilant, vibrant and dynamic civil society based on principles of knowledge ,equality, political and civic activism ,social justice ,gender justice, social and political mainstreaming of neglected sections of the society.
B. Vision:

C. Main Objectives :
• To develop values of tolerance, understanding, acceptance of differences in opinions and dissenting viewpoints to tackle the problems in order to support the democratic culture and process.
• To activate and empower civil society by capacity building, sensitization, and advocacy to create vigilance and vibrancy into it inorder to create appropriate balance of power between citizens and government, society and state.
• To educate youth politically in order to inculcate love for politics and to facilitate them to determine their individual and collective civil and political role into the society.• To impart civic and liberal education to create civic courage into masses to counter anti civilian elements and extremist forces.
• To capacitise political parties to make them widely networked, deeply rooted in public, internally democratic, having conflict management mechanism, genuinely providing the vehicle for the electorate to express itself by accommodating diverse interest groups, offering voters different political options, mounting competitive electoral campaigns, and performing more effectively in the legislature in order to promote sustainable democracy.
• To create informed and active citizens who understand how to voice their interests, act collectively and hold public officials accountable.
• To aware masses about their socio political rights and sensitizes them to make joint efforts to form peaceful and democratic platforms to practice their rights freely.
• To strive for creating enabling environment by removing barriers through lobbying, advocacy & building capacity to exercise human rights and democracy.
• To sensitize civil society on all relevant human rights issues, conventions and norms.
• Address the entry barriers confronted by women into social and political mainstreaming.
• To educate and sensitizes masses about of women rights.
• To work for increasing literacy ratio and quality education through establishing institutions, reopening of non functional institutions through advocacy, research, lobbying publications, curriculum reforms and capacity building of students, teachers and management.
• To network and collaborate with other like-minded organizations, forums, movements at the national, regional and international level.
