Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred, disciplined process improvement certification (Six Sigma, Lean)
- A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated complex project management experience and a successful track record of managing and/or leading multiple projects at any given time.
- Strong background in the development and use of metrics or KPI’s in managing a service-oriented business
- Strong background and facility with financial and budgeting tools and processes
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to extract and analyze appropriate data and communicate accordingly.
- Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams in a dynamic organization requiring flexibility, patience, creativity, and the ability to adjust work style to match audience for unique business solutions and changing and/or conflicting priorities.
- Successful experience in leading through influence and by building relationships
- Experience with change management and business readiness for large scale initiatives
- Demonstrated excellence in influence and builds trust; is a team player that motivates and educates other team members and understands the value of interpersonal relationship building.
- Strong facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presentation skills, mediation, and ability to peer mentor.
- Successful background in collaborating with IT teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills, including persistence, diplomacy, pragmatism, and flexibility.
- Strong initiative and ability to self-manage.? Understands communication channels and escalates appropriately.
