Resource Alliance, the London UK based charity, has been assisting the non-profit organizations from across the world in developing their fundraising capabilities.
Since 1981, RA (initially established as IFRG) has been helping and training the not-for-profit organizations build their capacities for mobilizing the support for their causes thereby assisting them to achieve the larger objective of financial sustainability.
Each year they bring the fundraisers from across the world on a single platform during the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) and through our Fundraising Online conference.
The Resource Alliance in 2010 started Global Awards in fundraising, endorsed and supported by several national fundraising associations from around the globe.
This year, The Resource Alliance Global Awards For Fundraising will again draw together the winners of more than a dozen country’s national award schemes to compete the very best against the best, winners against winners.
Eligibility Criteria
Only winners of national awards will be eligible for entry into the Resource Alliance Global Awards for Fundraising. The national hosts will determine which of their awards winners will be entered to represent their country on the global awards stage and they will be required to submit a brief entry form. They can choose to enter one or more categories and shortlisted entrants will be invited to the awards ceremony at IFC. Entries will again be judged by an independent jury made up of five eminent professionals from around the world.
Categories
The Resource Alliance Global Awards for Fundraising will comprise four categories, two for organizations and two for individuals.
Categories for Organizations:
– Big Idea, Small Budget
– Innovative Fundraising Campaign
Categories for Individuals:
-The Global Fundraisers
– The Outstanding Volunteer
