Applications are open for the Bilateral Fund under the NGO programme in Slovenia to strengthen civil society development and enhance contribution to social justice, democracy and sustainable development.
Bilateral Funds is to strengthen the bilateral relations between the donor and beneficiary countries and will contribute to strengthen the cooperation between the donor and the beneficiary states in the areas of mutual interest.
Objectives
The Programme aims at:
- Supporting deficit areas (areas and activities that are underfunded in comparison to other fields of activity)
- Supporting organizational development of NGOs and ideas with the long-term perspective
- Addressing current concrete problems in the society (e.g. youth unemployment, decrease in participatory democracy, migrant workers, increasing poverty, etc.)
Funding Information: Within the Bilateral Fund in Slovenia, there are 16.235 € available.
Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations eligible for funding within the Bilateral Fund are project promoters from Slovenia, who are implementing projects under the NGO Programme in partnership with organizations from the donor countries at the moment of filling of the application for funding.
- Also organizations from the donor states who are acting as partners in supported projects under the NGO Programme are eligible for application.
