The New and Emerging Talent Initiative (NETI) is an entry point for dynamic professionals interested in an international career with UNICEF. The NETI Programme is currently recruiting candidates for the 8th Cohort through the e-Recruitment system.
NETI participants have the opportunity to go through a unique learning and development path, beginning with an Induction at UNICEF’s New York Headquarters (NYHQ). Each participant has the opportunity to work with a personal coach to develop his/her competencies. In addition, a variety of other learning resources are available to strengthen his/her skills and knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates under 35 years of age.
- The following candidates are eligible to apply to the NETI Programme:
- UNICEF National Professional Officers and General Service staff;
- UNICEF staff members holding a temporary appointment;
- UNICEF Junior Professional Officers (JPOs) who have completed at least 15 months of the JPO Programme;
- External candidates from outside UNICEF.
