Individuals from the developing nations who have deep interest to participate in and expert knowledge of the Trust Women Conference themes to apply for Trust Women Scholarship Program. The women’s rights experts around the world can apply for the scholarship.
Conference Themes (date wise)
18 November : From the back seat to the driver seat: Real solutions to boost the economic empowerment of women
- Women and the Cities: From transport to safety, how to put women at the heart of the big cities
- Women and Land: Access to land, the biggest challenge for women’s empowerment
- Women and Finance: Unlocking social and economic potential
19 November : The Global fight against human trafficking and modern-day slavery
- I was a Slave: Real stories of survival
- The long road to Freedom: The psychological issues faced by slavery survivors
- The Human cost of Bargain: Slavery in the modern supply chain
Scholarship Types
- Full Scholarship: £1,000 bursary for travel and accommodation and free admission to Trust Women
- Partial Scholarship: £500 bursary for travel and accommodation, and free admission to Trust Women
- Ticket Only: Free admission to Trust Women
Interested individuals should complete the online application form stating their interest in attending the Trust Women Conference and what they hope to achieve from their participation.
The scholars will receive financial support (up to £1,000; exclusive access to Trust Women conference, global exposure via the Trust Women delegate book and/or website; and alumni membership.
