7th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV2013) is being organized in Seoul, Republic of Korea from 22–25 October 2013. Conference is organized by National Information Society Agency, Republic of Korea, and the Center for Electronic Governance at the United Nations University International Institute for Software Technology. The objective of this conference is to promotes interactions between different groups of stakeholders, from government officials and elected representatives, to researchers, innovators and graduate and postgraduate students from
developing and developed countries.

- Industry and non-governmental- participants demonstrating technological and socio-organizational solutions for governments and in return, learning about the challenges faced by governments and the latest research findings available for developing solutions.
