Europe Aid is inviting twinning proposals on ‘Strengthening Law Enforcement’ program to conduct in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The major objective of the program is to improve the public safety situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and make the law enforcement agencies capable to fight crime more effectively. The program purposes to foster cooperation and coordination and efficiency of the law enforcement agencies in the area of fighting organised crime, terrorism and corruption is strengthened and police services are working in line with EU professional best practices.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Only Public Administrations and Mandated bodies may apply through European Union MSs’ National Contact Points.
- The proposals must confirm that equal opportunity for participation of men and women and minorities will be assured in all aspects of project implementation.
- The proposed project should ensure that the gender and minority/vulnerable groups concerns awareness is raised through the training activities undertaken in its framework.
- The project should not have any negative environmental effects.
- The proposed project activities must guarantee equal participation regardless of racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, sex or sexual orientation.
