European Commission is inviting pre-proposals from public and private organizations or institutions along with public authorities for Key Action 3 : Support for policy reform — Prospective Initiatives. The major aim of the grant program is to encourage the assessment of the systemic impact of innovative policy measures through field trials in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of education and training systems and youth policies.
The activities under the grant program must start in between 1 December 2014 and 1 March 2015 and must be completed within 24 to 36 months. Maximum grant amount disseminated is EUR 2,000,000 per project which can be maximum 75% of the total eligible cost of the project.
Eligibility Criteria –
- Applicants must be from one of the following eligible countries – 28 Member States of the European Union; EFTA/EEA countries – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway; EU candidate countries – Turkey, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia; and the Swiss Confederation.
- Public authorities (Ministry or equivalent) responsible for education, training or youth at the highest level in the relevant national or regional context are eligible to apply.
- Public or private organizations or institutions active in the fields of education, training or youth; public or private organizations or institutions carrying out activities linked to education, training and/or youth in other socio-economic sectors are also eligible for the grant.
- The minimum partnership requirement for the grant program is four entities representing three eligible countries.
