The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) Resource Mobilization Division invites public institutions and individuals to bid for the UNAIDS call to research and report on the fundraising opportunities and options in the USA, South Africa and Brazil. The applicants require to have strong knowledge and experience in both the strategic and technical part of fundraising to help UNAIDS raise funds for young people. The objectives of HIV Testing campaign is to encourage young people to get HIV tested by creating a grassroots movement led by young people.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have worked previously with UNAIDS or other international institutions operating in the field of fundraising and advocacy in multiple markets.
- Applicants must have proven experience in developing fundraising strategies and campaigns; motivating and converting people to become advocates and donors; and using visual media for messaging of public health information.
- Applicants must have extensive experience in producing cutting edge fundraising tools.
- Applicants must have experience with SMS campaigns for young people on issues of sexual health.
