The San Diego Indian American Society is pleased to grant Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Scholarships in USA to pursue undergraduate studies. Total of $40,000 will be Awarded, Based on academic excellence and community involvement.
Objectives –
- establishing Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Scholarship to recognize Gandhijis contribution to the world and to benefit San Diego area high school graduates
- undertaking projects to serve people in India and San Diego
- recognizing meritorious service to the society by an individual in any field in the United States and in India;
- furthering the relations between India and the United States
Eligibility & Criteria-
The selection is open to all irrespective of his or her national origin. Nomination package should include the completed application by the student and the counselor along with the supporting materials.
