The YEN Marketplace is seeking Young entrepreneurs for E-Coaching programme to find or exchange ideas, resources, and partnership. This program is supported by Youth Employment Network (YEN), a partnership of the United Nations, the International Labour Organization and the World Bank. The objective of this coaching is to offers a comprehensive online coaching to connect young entrepreneurs in developing and emerging economies with experienced entrepreneurs and professionals also to support and advice to young entrepreneurs and accompany them through the process of setting up their business and finding solutions to specific business challenges.

Using the YEN Marketplace as an online platform for communication, knowledge sharing, and networking, the E-Coaching programme aims to make this mentorship a mutually beneficial and rewarding experience for both mentees and mentors. Participating entrepreneurs benefit from the mentor’s advice, knowledge and expertise in a specific industry. E-Coaches benefit from training, networking and the opportunity to give back.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicant’s must be young entrepreneur (aged 16-35) who has recently started or is in the process of starting a business.
- Applicant’s must need to have reliable access to a good internet connection
- Applicant’s are willing to dedicate at least two hours per month for a minimum period of 6 months, preferably for a period of 12 months
- Applicant’s must be proficient in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, French
