Applicants form around the world are invited to submit applications for University Prize Scholarships Program offered by University of Sheffield. Scholarship is offered to pursue PhD degree level studies for which the courses are offered by the University.
Scholarship offers-
- full tuition fees (UK, EU or Overseas)
- an annual, tax-free maintenance stipend of £20,000
- a Research Training Support Grant of £2,500 per year for study visits, conferences, books, consumables and equipment.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants should have, or expect to achieve, a first or upper second class UK honours degree or equivalent.
- Applicants should be applying to start their first year of study on a full-time or part-time PhD with the University in the 2014-15 academic year (i.e. after 1st August 2014, exact start date to be agreed with their supervisor/ department).
- Awards are open to UK, EU and international applicants.
