The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is desired to offer funding opportunity for the development of health sector in the fields of Maternal and Child Health, family planning, nutrition, water, sanitation and hygiene; Tuberculosis (TB), HIV/AIDS, and Malaria.
USAID expects to give one or more awards under this APS. Concept papers must include a budget for the entire proposed program period, not to exceed $100,000 per proposal. The number of awards and amount of available funding is subject to change and USAID reserves the right to make no awards as a result of this APS.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Be organized under the laws of Cambodia
- Have its principal place of business in Cambodia
- Be majority owned by individuals who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of Cambodia or be managed by a governing body, the majority of whom are citizens or lawful permanent residents of Cambodia
- Not be controlled by a foreign entity or by an individual or individuals who are not citizens or permanent residents of Cambodia. Meaning a majority ownership, power, or beneficiary interest, either directly or indirectly should not be given to a foreign entity.
