Participants from all eligible countries are invited to take part in “Citizens for Dawrak Dialogue” a program to develop the capacity of civil society of Arab Euro-Mediterranean countries. The program will take place from Feb. 17-21, 2014, in Lebanon. The goal of this program is to develop the capacity of civil society and the citizens of Arab Euro-Meditéeraneens in the field of participation in public life; so they can contribute, in turn, to the creation of open and pluralistic societies.
Program also provides an opportunity for Networking, tools for dialogue and national advocacy on the national level or with other Euro-Mediterranean countries.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Nationality of the following countries: Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, and Egypt
- Age, with a priority for citizens between 18 and 30 years
- Equality between the sexes
- Availability of participation in all activities of the Forum during its entire duration
- Interest in topics that relate to young people
- Field of experience centered in youth activities
- Field of experience focused on young people and their participation in local politics
- Being part of an institution (association, local entity, …) initiating activities that target youth
