French Embassy is pleased to offer Master’s and PhD scholarship in all fields of study for Thai students at French universities or Higher Education Institutions in France.
This program is based on a selective call for candidates in order to emphasize high level exchanges between France and Thailand. The Franco–Thai Scholarship Program aims at developing and reinforcing relationships between Thai and French Higher Education Institutions.
Exemption of tuition fees is only valid for public Higher Education Institutions. Private institutions and some programs in public institutions are charging some additional school or training fees which are not defrayed by this scholarship program.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- any master or PhD level higher education program is eligible for this scholarship program
- Candidate should be less than 35 years old
- Enrol in the university chosen in respect of its selection procedure and internal rules
- In case of studies break or ending, the scholarship will automatically be cancelled
- The visa granted for the student does not lead automatically to visas for members of his family
How to apply?
The complete scholarship application file must be submitted online only. For this purpose, each candidate must-
- create a member account with a valid email address after accepting the rules
- fill in the form online
- upload the requested documents
- Make the final submission before the deadline. Please be aware that applicant will not be able to modify their application after the final submission
The scholarship application file must include-
- A filled in scholarship 2013 application form (online)
- A copy of passport / ID
- An up-to-date résumé stating the entire academic curriculum
- A cover letter explaining motivations and interests in the planned project
- Copies of academic diploma (Bachelor, Masters or PhD only)
- University transcripts of the last two years of studies
- Cost-sharing commitment letter from the corresponding organisation;
- Academic and/or professional recommendations
- Language proficiency certificates: French (TCF, DELF, DALF, academic degree,…) and/or English (TOEFL, TOEIC, etc.)
