– The target group is able to plan and manage local resources equitably with long-term economic advantages. – Improved organizational skills adopted and put into use by women and men in the project area for equitable development. – 20 registered cooperatives are functioning according to cooperative principles and are collectively managing savings and credit service – Girls and youths are involved in or have gained employment in ICT sector at the local-level. |

– CBOs at the local level regularly organize meetings and undertake strategies to prevent human rights violation |
(10) NGO Training and Capacity-Development: |
– Partner NGOs adopt professional approaches in delivering sustainable community-based services to the target group. – Organizational sustainability plans adopted and practised by partner NGOs in a consistent manner. – Increase in advocacy approaches and better methods of lobbying for rights are adopted by the partner NGOs. – Active partnerships are formed between the partner NGOs, target communities and local governmental agencies. |
(11) Trainings to Local Government Institutions |
– Better efforts and management demonstrated in the community delivery programmes of local government agencies. |
(12) Organizing dissemination workshops and conferences |
– Sharing of information, lessons learned and best practices among I/NGOs, the proposed action and government programmes takes place in a regular manner. – New partnerships are initiated between I/NGOs, and governmental agencies for long-term development interests. – Better leveraging of resources is demonstrated between I/NGOs, the proposed action and the government for mutual benefits and cost-effective implementation. – Key policymakers receive inputs and from civil society for the formulation of government policies and programmes |
(13) Strategic Meetings with Government Officials |
