All interested organizations are invited to submit proposals for Non State Actors in Development & In country intervention program for Tonga. This program is being supported by European Commission.
The major purpose of this program is to improve technical and management capacities of civil society promoting the interest of the most vulnerable groups in Tonga, with particular focus on youth, women and people with disabilities as well as other marginalised groups. Also to support civil society actions raising awareness on the rights and needs of marginalised and vulnerable groups of the population and enhancing their voice and participation in decision making processes.

Organizations may request minimum grants of up to € 79,000 and maximum of up to € 119,000 for the period of 36 months.
Eligibility criteria:
- Be a legal person
- Be non-profit-making
- Be a specific type of organization such as defined by Annex B of the Regulation (EC0 NO 233/2014 establishing a financing instrument for development cooperation (DCI)
- Be established in a Member State of the European Union or in Tonga
- Be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary
