The initiative implemented by your organization is has found results within the community. The community has adapted to the desired change and it has been responding to the situation with improved capacity, thanks to your training support. If the community has improved capacity, it means that it is a better position to cope with any change that is going to happen, whether environmental, social or economical.
After your intervention, the community is now able to cope up with a natural disaster in a better manner. It may have access to skills and knowledge in avoiding certain consequences of the disaster or it may have been equipped with some technology to feed itself with some early warnings.
Similarly, in another instance, an indigenous community may have now got better capacity to advocate for its forest or land rights. Your initiative may have given then the advocacy skills to campaign against any policy decisions that could put their survival at risk.
