The budget will be varied according to the project and its timeline. Since collaborations with your community and other organizations are recommended by the MDF, you should include how the funding will be expended by specified organizations and communities. You may indicate the total project cost, the names and costs of direct beneficiaries (costs needed by the project like equipment, staffing, travel, training, monitoring and evaluation, etc.), indirect beneficiaries (costs needed by the space and facility provider), other funding sources, and project duration. A provisional line itemized budget in euro will be required, and this is an example by using a list (chart is not loadable to the online form):

While the MDF fund does not set a limit on the duration of a project, you must indicate a timeline and the total length of time in the budget and activity section, for example, one or two years. The MDF will support projects through financing, predominantly through grants, and in some cases through other financing tools, technical support, coordination, and partnership creation. There are limits on funding: 1) No more than 15% of MDF financing may be utilized for capital expenditures, including equipment and software licenses. 2) No funding may be utilized for operational costs outside of project implementation needs. The MDF may recommend partnering institutions and individuals to implement projects if it sees the opportunity to do so. This will be done on a case-by-case basis and will be coordinated by the MDF.
You may list your funders of last year including funded amounts to indicate your qualities of project and funding handling. If your application is approved by the MDF, other documents to confirm your eligibility and project details may be requested. With regarding attachment file, the MDF allows up to 2 supplement documents to be submitted with the proposal form, and one of them should be the consolidated CVs referenced in Question 12 of the proposal form.
