The Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) invites Georgian non-profit Civil Service Organizations (CSOs), community groups and local media to submit grant proposal for Engage and Monitor for Change program. The program aims to support civic sector through fostering cooperation between CSOs and media outlets in civic monitoring and advocacy efforts on the problems facing Georgian society.
Objectives
- Build capacity among civic groups
- Encourage monitoring and evaluation of policy reforms
- Facilitating public discussions, debates, and network building
Maximum grant per project is GEL20,000 to implement activities for at least 10 months.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants can be legally registered Georgian non-profit civil society organizations, networks and coalitions of CSOs, community groups, and local media. Media outlets can take part in the call only in partnership with qualified CSOs.
- Civil servants, members of the current parliament, staff of the public broadcaster, and/or leaders and members of political parties are not eligible to participate as grant remunerated participant.
- Proposed projects must demonstrate persuasive, evidence-based justification of the importance of an issue selected for civic monitoring and advocacy.
Note: Applicants must submit six copies of the proposal in Georgian, Russian, or English language along with a detailed itemized budget via regular mail before deadline.
