Proposals are accepted by The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) for projects that promote democracy and human rights in Cuba. The objective of this program is to improve the professional capacity of independent journalists in Cuba as well as their domestic and international exposure.

Eligibility & Criteria-
Programs that leverage resources from funds internal to the organization or other sources, such as public-private partnerships, will be highly considered.
