The proposal prepared by the bidder, and all correspondence and documents relating to the proposal exchanged between the bidder and UNAIDS shall be written in the English language.
Eligibility & Criteria-
The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of HIV, human rights and the law, with proven expertise in relation to research, analysis, policy development, international organizations, drafting and advocacy. The provider will demonstrate discretion, diplomacy, the ability to maintain confidentiality and to work in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
