WWF-UK announces the vacancy of Design, Standards & Learning Adviser and invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates. The location of this job will be based in Woking (initially Godalming) – UK. Kindly note hat this is a full time, permanent position.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- The application of advanced knowledge of design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning in order to effectively analyse WWF-UK programmes, form clear focussed advice and documentation.
- Makes recommendations that lead to a definite impact on organisational performance and ways of working in order to improve the application of all aspects of the Standards to WWF-UK effectiveness.
- Demonstrated skills and experience of training and guiding peers in order to contribute to the
- training and guidance of policy and advocacy focused teams.
- Demonstrated experience of project/programme management with complex donors.
Minimum Criteria
- Degree in environmental, social sciences or other relevant disciplines
- Substantial experience of working within international conservation or development programmes
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
