Coffey is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Call for experts (Grant fund management) in Yangon, Myanmar. The duration for the post is of 5 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Call for experts (Grant fund management) will perform the following functions-
- Overall disbursement and management of grants and fiduciary risks; management of the grant selection process, the grants cycle process and making recommendations for grant awards; and monitoring the progress of grantees.
- Design the grant fund, develop grant making mechanisms, design and implement outreach strategies to attract applications, build the capacity of grantees, and incorporate lessons learnt through monitoring and evaluation studies and impact assessments.
- Substantial and ongoing role in ensuring that HARP delivers its outputs with regards to gender equality and social inclusiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- An advanced university degree (or equivalent) in the fields of Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant.
- At least 8-15 years of experience in grant fund design and management, including designing and managing calls for proposals, integrity of calls for proposals, ensuring Value for Money (VFM) in every payment made, linking payments to performance.
- Experience managing large-scale grant fund as part of donor-funded programmes related to humanitarian assistance or capacity-building of civil society organizations (CSOs).
- Experience of managing direct-invitation and open-competition grants application processes, including innovation and technology to manage/track grants, equality, and access to all.
- Experience of working in Myanmar and/or elsewhere in South East Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results on donor-funded programmes.
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
- Working knowledge of DFID’s approaches to humanitarian assistance and resilience-building, and experience in supporting programme design.
