Greenpeace International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Finance Controller in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Key Job Responsibilities
The Finance Controller will perform the following functions-
- Manage and communicate with their stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure accurate insight in financial performance, adequate management of Balance Sheet and Income Statement and financial procedures and compliance with policies.
- Leading and developing your team of 6 as there have been many changes in the last year.
- Manage the financial planning and control cycle, manage the accounting process and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Managing and reviewing the treasury function is one of their many tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with significant line management experience.
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Experience in implementing and bringing about significant positive changes in work culture, practices and performance.
- Advanced Excel user and familiar with accounting systems and reporting tools.
- Experience with the not for profit sector and campaigning organizations will be an advantage.
- Experience in working with multicultural senior staff and teams and across borders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
