Cardno is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Business Unit Administrator in New South Wales, Australia.
The Business Unit Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient administrative services and working collaboratively with professional team.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Business Unit Administrator will perform the following functions-
- Coordinating the billing cycle and tracking financial data.
- Processing of invoices including preparation of monthly fees summary and WIP schedule.
- Assisting the Canberra Business Manager with monthly reporting, forecasting, and general accounting functions.
- General assistance to the Business Manager and other staff including coordinating meetings and events as well as booking travel and accommodation, and client liaison.
- Completing debtor management (reviewing statement, updating collections module, calling clients).
- Compiling proposal documents, including downloading request for tenders, coordinating response information and preparing and submitting the final documents.
- Establishing and maintaining effective administrative support procedures.
- Assistance with management and maintenance of the office Quality Management System.
- Ad hoc administrative and financial duties.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Demonstrated background of providing administrative leadership in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated finance experience in accounts processing including reconciliation.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to priorities time and job tasks.
- Motivated ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to use your initiative to create solutions.
- Professionally presented with great people skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all members of staff, together with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of reviewing and editing documents.
- Confidence to take control and ensure the office is being administered efficiently.
