The Senior Associate, HR will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the corporate and development sector projects that Palladium runs worldwide.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Senior Associate, HR will perform the following functions-
- Effectively recruiting for International projects and tenders with quality candidates well-within the deadline.
- Building and maintaining a network of qualified and experienced specialized professionals.
- Managing talent pools.
- Maintaining effective relationships with the internal decision makers and managing & meeting their expectations.
- Participating & collaborating with technical / project staff to develop strategic recruitment campaigns and identify the resources to track senior industry specialists.
- Representing Palladium at career fairs, off-site recruitment efforts, and networking events.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- An impressive track record as a high-achieving recruiter.
- 5 – 7 years recruitment experience, with international development recruitment experience being an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in volume recruitment for a broad range of positions.
- Ability to interact, communicate and maintain effective relationships with senior level clients and candidates.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional standard of English written and verbal skills.
- Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Well developed and highly effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay close attention to details.
- Willingness to travel and work abroad in developing countries and elsewhere, if required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
